For a third consecutive year, WellSpan Surgery and Rehabilitation Hospital has earned two national awards for patient experience from Press Ganey, a leading health analytics firm.
The hospital, located on the Apple Hill Health Campus in York County, received both the 2019 Pinnacle of Excellence Award® and 2019 Guardian of Excellence Award® in patient experience.
The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes hospitals in the 95th percentile or above for patient experience over the course of one year of data. This is the fourth straight year the hospital has achieved that recognition. The Pinnacle of Excellence is awarded for maintaining high levels of excellence over the past three-year period in patient experience.
