WellSpan Rehabilitation and Urgent Orthopedics reopen at 207 Blooming Grove Road
WellSpan Health has reopened its physical rehabilitation and walk-in orthopedics practices in Hanover, following a remodel of the building at 207 Blooming Grove Road.
WellSpan Rehabilitation and WellSpan Urgent Orthopedics are now open. WellSpan Orthopedics, which shares office space at that location, has remained open throughout the renovation project.
“Our neighbors in Hanover deserve easy access and options in getting the care they need,” said Karen Jones, M.D., senior vice president, WellSpan Health, and president, WellSpan Medical Group. “That’s why we’re continuing to invest in convenient orthopedic and rehabilitation services, close to home – whether it’s for treatment of a rolled ankle or sprained wrist, or if it’s something more serious, like a broken leg or hip.”
Patients will notice new services at the remodeled location, with Lauren Inners D.O., joining the WellSpan Orthopedic and Urgent Orthopedic practices this past summer as a sports medicine physician.
WellSpan Urgent Orthopedics has returned to its expansive hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.
The remodel allows WellSpan Orthopedics to provide its full complement of services all within the immediate Hanover area. From surgical care to non-surgical and injury care, WellSpan orthopedic patients in Hanover will be able to stay close to home to get the care they need.
With the re-opening of this WellSpan Rehabilitation practice, greater Hanover area residents now have two convenient locations on each side of the borough for their rehabilitation services. The other WellSpan Rehabilitation location opened in July of last year at 1000 Carlisle St. in Hanover. Both locations offer sports medicine rehabilitation.
Patients can schedule appointments online, and Urgent Orthopedic patients can also take advantage of an online service called “Reserve My Spot,” which allows them to choose a time slot that suits their schedule. This can be done via smartphones, computer, tablets. All WellSpan Urgent Orthopedic locations also offer walk-in injury care.
