The WellSpan Philhaven board of directors has welcomed a new chairman and vice chairman, and a new member in 2019.
The new chairman is Hilda Shirk, of Lancaster, who is the president and chief executive officer of Lancaster Health Center. The new vice chairman is James Herr, M.D., of Lancaster, a physician for Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health.
The new member is Roxanna Gapstur, Ph.D., R.N., of York, president and chief executive officer of WellSpan Health.
The board oversees WellSpan Philhaven, a behavioral health organization that serves Adams, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties.
